Poetry Jam, 24th.January

Dani asks us to write a poem celebrating our senses, or senses as yet undiscovered  . .

The 1011000111011011th. Sense

There was a young blogger called Chet
whose navel could download the Net.
But a hacker called Cyrus
emailed him a virus.
Now ring-tones are all he can get.

  1. I think you mean "There" (first word)...

I don't get these navel rings... the sense I get is all queasy... I guess I'm just showing my age!

  2. Ouch .. ouch. I've never understood the lure of the navel ring ... the lure of your poetry is something else!

  5. Ring tones for his push button phone, no doubt? LOL But can't help thinking he displayed little sense, of whichever number, in having such a piercing?! Hehehe!

I quite like these rings (on the very young and very slim only. They didn't have them in my time...)

  15. Doc, I laughed all the way through the next three posts and would comment on all except I am tucked away on an almost cyber free zone and every download takes all afternoon, so this is getting very silly, but don't stop!

Thank you for stopping by. To make life easier for you I have turned off the new indecipherable and time-wasting verification words. Would you care to "feedback" to Blogger and complain about them, like I did?
