Doc's Microfiction Monday #62

Stony River offers this charming picture prompt. Let's see whether we can use it to subvert the whole spirit and ethos of Christmas . . .

"I don't think the silly prats have seen us yet! Keep out of sight behind the trees . .  then we'll mug them for the pig AND the pudding!"

  7. Perhaps when the ne'er-do-wells heard their mum say, "Bring out the figgy pudding," they *thought* she'd said, "Bring out the pig and pudding."

    Have a happy Christmas, Doctor!

Thank you for stopping by. To make life easier for you I have turned off the new indecipherable and time-wasting verification words. Would you care to "feedback" to Blogger and complain about them, like I did?
